This might be Dark Adventure/Devil World by Konami. Top-down gameplay, dungeon crawler (though more like Gauntlet than Zelda), and Indiana Jones ripoff "Condor" as a playable character.

A while ago it was mentioned that Stunt Double could maybe eventually get added into the Tutorial somewhere, but I'm guessing that's still pretty low priority compared to balance and whatnot.
