Airthrow after float/tear toss bug

Normally Parasoul cannot chain into airthrow after her j.MK float or air tear toss. However, if the LP and LK are hit with a one frame difference between each other (plinked), she kara-cancels her air normal into her air throw.

This is a reason for it staying in, not one for fixing it! One of the cooler bits of Parasoul tech.
