I don't know if this is a bug or glitch but here it is.
I don't know why but if you do a 1 frame reset after an assist combo you wont be able to use your assist if the reset lands. Two easy 1 frame resets are Robo-Fortune's s.lk > s.hp and Bella's cr.lk > s.hk. This only happens with 1 frame resets 2 or more frames and there is no problem.
