Can I still get the ps4 theme?

Bacause of money issues I couldn't pre order the game and now that it's out I want to know if there's a way to get the amazing theme that was offered for the pre order on the ps4.

I'm not sure what's correct, but the answer you're looking for is: Sometimes we get it wrong.
 
It's the life gem, she gets scars in battle and then heals them back. :^)
