Commands not inputting in multiplayer?

Okay is anybody else getting a ping issue where your commands sometimes just not input at all in multiplayer? IE:trying to pull off squigglies grab blockbuster and instead doing a Normal grab/LK/LP? Is it a ping/lag issue as it seemingly doesn't exist in singleplayer.
