DHC from a super after being hit on recovery

So I end up blocking a feral edge, hit fortune on her recovery, and the opponent was able to DHC into Filia's gregor even though I hit them.

It's a little choppy but you can see when it happens.
 
I wonder if maybe this could be caused by a rollback from the ggpo netcode
 
This happens to me somewhat often. hm
 
I'm pretty sure it's not rollback because fortune still suffers the damage after the fact.
