Different colour palettes for different consoles..?

Apologies if this topic has been brought up before.. but I've watched videos of the different unlockable skins on SG, but theres some I didn't see on my ps3 version, and also a few that weren't on the videos but were on my Ps3.
Sorry if my sentences aren't structured right. I'm sorta writing this thread at school > 3 >
 
There aren't different palettes for different consoles. There are colors you have to buy through the color pack, and a couple colors that need to be unlocked with code (but I think they're automatically unlocked with the color pack).
