Dummy Recording not working?

Anybody else with this problem?

I don't know if this is just me, but the dummy recording function just doesn't seem to be working at all for me.
The Save/Load function works perfectly, but when setting the select button to "Dummy Record" or "Both", no pause/playback sign show, and my control never changes from the player 1 side.

Not even a red flash happens if I hold the select button down on dummy record mode.
I've tried reinstalling, but it didn't help.

Check what your Savestate/Playback/whatever it's called thing is set to, if it's 1/2/3 it's good, if it's Random/Sequential it won't work.

I ALWAYS forget to change this after I've been messing with Random. Takes forever for me to realize why my recordings aren't working.
