Eliza j.LK crouch blocked

Is this a bug? Or am I doing something wrong? Dummy is set to crouch block and while ascending in a jump j.LK is blocked, but at the top and descending from the jump it hits

not a bug, j.lk hits mid while rising

if you air dash it hits high

it's hitbox hit's pretty far, so it's adjusted to hit mid to avoid instant overhead combos.
