So about that Double dress palette...
As XKCD explained to me, it's the same colors, but percieved lighting (outline and background) makes it look like two different tones.
And here's one with dual lighting to blow your mind.

Basically what happened was that some girl on Tumblr posted a picture of a dress, however because of the lighting in the photo and the angle the dress was positioned in, it was hard to tell whether the dress was colored white with gold stripes or blue with black stripes.

The Marie palette ended up looking like crap, and Black★Matagi's color scheme is just too generic.
