Steam - Windows Fight Stick not working

Hello, I seem to have found that my MayFlash Arcade Fight Stick no longer works with Skullgirls after downloading Beowulf's DLC. The earlier update today did not cause this, but it seems to have started because I got the DLC off the steam store and have it active. The stick registers with the computer but not the game. Any help, if this problem is fixable, is appreciated.
