Fortune head occasionally disappearing during winpose

On a rare occasions when Fortune wins while headless, she starts her winpose normally, the head runs up to her but it disappears the moment it reaches her, leaving Fortune to play with the air.

The first two screenshots are from retail just a few moments ago, the third is from the 15th of July, also retail.
Sorry I can't share more on the issue, I've only seen it while spectating. Veritas confirmed the head disappeared for him as well, so it's something both the players and spectators see.
