What the hell is a DHC?
150 chip damage, to be precise, 25x4, 50. None of her other normals deal chip, and I can't think of any other normal that deals chip damage, so this seems like a bit of a bug.
 
Man, someone calls out Fortune on metergain, and now everyone's hoppin' on that "attempt to nerf Fortune" train.
 
theres loads of games where normals deal chip.

but you're right. fotune is too good with this move so she must be nerfed again.

pik i swear to god i will find some way to nerf your character since you brought this up
