Fiction, (specially in comics, video game, manga and drawn XXX) sometimes create characters like:

Many times this goes for non sexual stuff.

A common critic to the Walking Dead Telltale game, even accounting everything that happens, Clementine shows a level of maturity and inteligence beyond the adults around her.

The sexualization of underage chars in Skullgirls, anime, etc to me is equal to the representation of violence in the same medium where a character can be ressurrected with Forbidden Procedure after being hit by Goodfellas. Just silly escapist fantasies.
