I have the feeling discussions could be held here... long and lengthy. Just because she follows her own agenda doesn't make her a good person. Still doesn't make her a bad one either.

Skullgirls has complicated characters, Val is a prime example. She's not good because of her experimentation on Painwheel but at the same time she knows the horrors of what she has done and allows Painwheel to seek revenge on her. I wouldnt say she's good but she's not fully evil.
