Sometimes going from quick play to lobby I get the following bug.
It seems to happen most often when I decline a quick match.
The game will freeze for about 2-3 seconds, and then it'll display the "you declined the match screen".
Going to lobby play after this happens typically results in the image I've attached.

Sometimes after declining a quick match, it takes me to the single player menu.
