I'm just glad this is a bug. I honest to god thought my stick was going bad after my Fortune bnbs would randomly not work, and I tried to test for bad inputs in a bunch of different games before @Elda Taluda told me what was up.

So yeah I can confirm this is definitely happening to me too.
