Ingame Background Glitches?

I'm not really sure if this is the right place to post this, but I just bought Skullgirls for the PC and I've seen a lot of glitches in the backgrounds?

Has anyone else been having this issue too?

Put the stages in 2D. If stages show like this your pc can't run the game in 3d mode

That's not necessarily true... it could be hardware failure.
