Make your character broken with the least significant change(s) possible.

Bella: Gets full combos off of normal air grab and ground grab anywhere; Pummel Horse gains AA grab properties (like Excellabella) and starts up faster.

Painwheel: Extra hit of armour on heavies; gains marvel style armour for all armoured attacks.

Peacock: Can detonate Lenny and Georges at will (additional button input); reduce level 3 to three items only (??, Tenrai, Road Roller).

Double: Give current Double 1 meter cat heads.

Filia: Give current Filia SDE Air Gregor.
 
-Bella's HK hits overhead on both hits.
-Grab Bag is untechable
-c.LK has one or two less frames of startup

How should I word this, it's never risky to punish the opponent with a level 3 when your blocking.

The level 3 is an unblockable.

Is that a better way to put it?
 
Hatred Guard can be stored with no limit. can charge supers until they OHKO.
Boss Marie can use meter.
Mike Z playable.
Valentine's chest has (red)hitboxes on it at all times.

Fortune can rekka chain every move she has an unlimited number of times.
Increase Cerebella's grab range. (lol)
Double can turn into Mike Z.
 
Revive nom loops.
 
Guys, the point is to make your character broken with little changes. Like, making a couple of frames invulnerable or adjusting hitboxes slightly or something. It's not fun when you just pile everything on.

Big Band's HP Brass Knuckle has 4 hits of armor.
 
Every SG character falls over a pebble and break all their bones. Done. Broken. All of them.

EKG Flatliner leaves opponents on the same side.

Filia:
HP Ringlet Spike tracks.
 
Double's cr.HP replaces a Filia move with a move from Aeon. Freezes time for no meter
 
Bella's Diamond Drop can be controlled so you can choose which direction you want to throw your opponent.

Ms Fortune's head has 5 armor.
 
Double's LP is now Fortune's LP
 
Peacock's ant that comes from her c.MK hits low if it is allowed to live.
I for one am curious to see how this could work. Maybe as more of an annoyance tool, like Big Band's HK Mallet Smash shock wave.

Or her s.MP pie on whiff can cause opponents to stagger if they step in it.
I won't lie, this would be HILARIOUS for a setup, but I would change it from stagger to "shudder" (see Painwheel 236HP)?
 
El Gato is a little faster on the ground, so now you don't risk getting a mashed super or even any fast normal to screw you up. (or maybe I'm just too slow.)

Val's savage bypass can be rekka'd on hit and whiff.
 
Don't change *insert hated character* at all, cause the bitch IS broken.
 
Peacock bombs hit low.
 
Make Grab Bag fully invincible on startup and the first couple active frames.
Don't move Cerebella forward during lvl 3.
Battle Butt safe on block.

Any of those would be ridiculous.
 
Ultimate Showstopper can grab air.

Reflector can reflect at 0 frame.

Bella: Improved recovery on Grab Bag, now flips her forward.
 
Air Gregor can be air dash cancelled during its recovery.
