Marvel vs Capcom Infinite

Turns out that the Cutscene of Ryu almost succumbing to the Satsui no Hado ONLY happens if he's low health and manages to connect the Shin Shoryuken.
Good, nice detail, hope other characters have that much attention to detail.

I kinda like Ky, but "swordsman" in Guilty Gear isn't quite the same since there are a lot of them, so Ky's more like playing a shoto (which I'm fine with).
Ah, I get what you are saying.

I gotta say MVCI has the weirdest and most random marketing ever.
Felt like they had different, conflicting plans in how to reveal characters and decided to try them all at the same time.

Firebrand is the protagonist of Gargoyle's Quest and has a bunch of different forms/gems and actually has a reason to exist.
Red Arremer is just the race he belongs to.
Firebrand woudl be protag, Red Arremer is just that jackass who knocks off your armor and your skin

I was gonna preorder the Deluxe edition.
I'm probably gonna wait for that Deluxe Edition to get marked down like SFV Deluxe was.

I could justify all this recycling ONLY if they brought back at least 90% of UMvC3 roster + a bunch of new characters as starting roster, but it doesn't look like that will happen.

Not to mention that Disney is most likely interfeering with adding X-men characters + Dr. Doom, since they don't want to promote Fox propreties.

I'm getting the game day 1. Not the deluxe version though. I'm totally sold on the mechanics and stone system, despite everything else being poopybutt.

And it's not like there's characters I don't wanna/can't play. Frank's there, Jedah's there, Thanos is there, Nemesis is somehow there. I'm good.

Here's hoping the netcode is at least as decent as SFV.

I'm not as excited as I was when MvC3 came out, but I am still very interested. For now I am holding back on pre-ordering until more information comes out.

The fact that Strider will have respectable health in this game is keeping my interest.

Everything about the way they handled this makes me feel like I would be doing something wrong by supporting it. I'm interested to see the actual gameplay out in the wild and I may end up caving because of that, but the idea of pre-order/day 1 at this point is pretty much beyond me unless something changes.

Max talks about the the competition MvCi is going up against.
Honestly, giving Capcom strong competition for their own main genre of fighter is a great way to get them off their asses. Maybe get us Tatsunoko vs Capcom 2 and give it a better budget this time? Maybe stop phoning it in.

I'm not an animator or anything, but I still feel like the animation is rather lazy for a story trailer. Also that the animation and style makes Jedah look awkward among other things.

Damn it.... I wasn't planning on watching it, but me being a 3D animator I am going to see how cringy this is... later.

plus that thumbnail... yikes...

Lord Jedah you sound bad.
GHOST RIDER WHAT DID THEY DO TO YOUR VOICE
YOU SOUND LIKE LITERAL FLAMING GARBAGE NOW
WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

Watched it. it's not bad persay, but it could of used more animation polish, specially with lips. Some of them barely even moved.

This stage is SICK

That my friend is one of the most hateful beings ever to exist in fiction, Dr. Weil/Vile (depending on where you are in the world) From Megaman Zero.

His actions killed about 60% of humans and 90% of reploids on the planet purely out of spite and hatred for Reploids (See: Zero)
