Ms Fortune does not have a tutorial in the PC release

I checked the new tutorials and it looks like Ms. Fortune's does not have any lessons. It just acts like you are in training mode.I think the stage switch must of messed something up.
Edit: Also a lot of the tutorials have the low hit indicator pop up when you hit the opponent with a projectile for some reason. Video below:
