Multiplayer Issues

Today i have an issue about quick matches and lobby games.When we pair up and ready to roll in a lobby match i just get this black screen after the countdown.Also it says 999 ping to my opponent no matter where or who he is.And last, quick match doesnt even find 1 person.Any ideas about this ? I verified my files too.

Happens every now and then. Try restarting Steam, usually works for me. If it won't help, don't worry, it will fix itself sooner than later.
