Ps3 fat had overheating issues
Xbox had rrod (or was it 3 red lights?)
Original Nintendo DS was bulky and had less brightness options
Original gba had no brightness options at all


Most of it got fixed in the next iteration of the device. Be it a slim, color, pro or new.
 
PS4 pro is worse than regular though.

Yeah, but none of those companies said "Fuck the complainers, this is working as intended."

Also, how long do you guys think it'll take to get a new iteration of the Switch?

Do you mean a batch that don't have these issues or like an XL/Lite/New type deal? At least a year for an announcement of the latter, more likely two years.
 
I hope for a new batch not an entirely different and more expensive model.
 
It would certainly be a much nicer solution.

Can the former even HAPPEN?
 
consoles would often have built in updates in later batches that get shipped out. We could easily see improvements or normalization in the next wave of switches just given that their able to slightly fix some of the issues without them making a huge deal out of it. It happened a few times with the original Playstation after all.

The Switch dock has been removed from Nintendo's online store, @BeatNinja works fast I guess.

I've been seeing people talk about 1-2-Switch and how surprisingly accessible it mostly is for blind people which I think is sweet.

...Actually come to think of it that's a little odd since the entire introduction to it in the stream was looking at your opponent but okay

I hope that we get confirmation that the new FE game will have waifu’s, Avatar’s, Children, and that they’ll crank the waifu mechanics up to 11.

The real thing that killed tennis is the fact that after Power Tennis is was kinda clear that almost 0 care and attention went into actually developing the games as the games them selves where nothing more than a quick, easy cash grab to pump out. This time however it's clear that actual heart and soul was put into it.
