looks like she jumps later after doing standing punches even though the display says +0 for pretty much everything (which is kinda weird?)

@Mike_Z

It doesn't actually say that at all
Try again

Sometimes the frame data display bugs out and just keeps showing something from an old button press

Just sweep them or shoot a projectile or start-exit-playagain or various other workarounds to fix it

Another case of "Don't ping Mike in your opening post" yay

her jab is not +0, it's like -8 idk whats up with that.

So...having a reversal dummy recording makes frame data behave weirdly. I'll look into why.
But if you turn off the reversal recording, the data is correct.
And if you record something like a reversal assist call (no action) you can get the framedata to be -8 or -3 or whatever.

[edit]
AHA, dummy playback trumps it keeping track of framedata for that frame.
WTF.
Lemme fix that.

OK, fixed it. It happened to both the framedata and the Undizzy setting, since the code was in the wrong place. :^P
Thanks @CaioLugon!

#1 - "Sometimes the frame data bugs out" is still something that should be brought to my attention so it can get fixed!
#2 - You were wrong, so now you just look like a jerk...
