1. Is a Paypal prepaid mastercard a actual Debit card?

2.How long until you can get you card in the mail after submitting the information?

3. Can I use a cashpoints ATM to deposit & withdraw money?

4.What do I do if I'm about to buy something? Ex:Ebay, Amazon.

I'm very sorry about this, but this is the first time of me getting a debit card & I want to learn how. Sorry if this could waste you time, but I need to know. I'm a high schooler & about to get my first debit card. Can anyone help me?

Yes; it comes with a card number, 3 digit code and a swipey thing.

2.How long until you can get you card in the mail after submitting the information?

Cards usually last 12/16 months.
After submitting a request for a new card, it usually comes in 5/8 work days.

3. Can I use a cashpoints ATM to deposit & withdraw money?

If they accept Mastercard: Yes.

4.What do I do if I'm about to buy something? Ex:Ebay, Amazon.

No one can help you - you're going with Paypal.

In order to get a Paypal card (not sure if the rules change if it's a Paypal Prepaid card, but): you need a bank account with a local bank. Then you can request a Paypal card.
