Robo Fortune super pulling the opponent

Got it to work on all characters but Double. Seems to work only if I hit them on/closely around the same frame as they hit the ground. All versions of the super seem to do this; it just needs to connect.

Yep, been reported a bunch. She ain't gettin' touched for a little while though.
