Steam - Windows Single controller read as double

Just got this game, I played a bunch of the tutorials last night and didn't notice until this morning that my whole control scheme was screwed up. Did a little bit of investigating and I have now realized that SG thinks I have two controllers plugged in. If I go to training mode I can move both characters at the same time: Push left on the controller and both first player and second player move left. This is happening in both the Beta and the regular version. The keyboard seems to work fine. I have tried deleting the controller config file and I have re-installed. Can anyone help me? I can't train T_T

Hardware: PS4 controller

Software: Windows 8.1, DS4Windows
