From the WulfPatch patch notes: NMO Arena's theme is called "Crowd Goes Wild" and NMO Arena (Empty)'s theme is called "Crowd Goes Wild"
Thank you! I have added it to the soundtrack listing thing I have updating!

Also Steam updated just as I was typing this, and it has the same patch notes from the Google.doc you posted just on the official site instead.
 
Actually empty is called "The Crowd Goes Home"...in the notes, too.
Don't worry, I noticed that. The normal version is also technically called "The Crowd Goes Wild". Thanks for submitting this patch Mike (and to Earl for writing this up)!

It is the Bath of Sekhmet theme already.

I was really surprised when I heard this theme and saw it in my Extras BGM theme while I was studying.

Really loving the vibe. It's like fighting Drac- er, Sekhmet in all her glory...! Wait.
