Steam - Windows Trouble downloading Eliza DLC on Steam

Don't know if still should stay here or somewhere else.

I've seen that I'm probably not the only one having trouble adding Eliza to the roster. I know she's listed as a separate game but adding her still does nothing, as with the "Launch uninitialised" button. She's still not available in single player nor her tutorial is.

I hope I don't sound disrespectful or anything if I ask help plz.

Have you tried restarting Steam?

Sounds like the game didn't update for you.
