If possible in the future it would be nice to have some kind of text added to the ingame UI that indicates a counter hit. Like add a text "Counter" on the screen.
I'm aware there is a red flash. But some text indication would be nice....

Confirmed by MikeZ: Not doable as of now... maybe in the future.

Or the anouncer shout "counter!" for a brief moment could be another way to indicate it.
(maybe a croud going "ohh", "ahh!", but I don't think this would fit the vive of the game).
