I actually did a forum search for "him" (term too common) and "powerpuff" before firing up Paint to check if I'm not cooking up a palette someone made already, went for it when I didn't get any smiling devils in results. Was fun creating the palettes either way!

Decided to do one other Ms Fortune palette for the day, portraying her no other then Makoto Nanaya from Blazblue. This is probably one of my most favorite Ms Fortune palette concepts I have done recently, but I hope you guys like it just as much as I do.

I love horrific, eye-bleeding neon palettes. It's not a specific request, but can anyone makes some more like this (not necessarily these colors)?
