Guilty Gear Thread

Every time we roll over to a new page I'll post a link to the original post so we can keep discussion going without me cluttering the thread with bits of info or "I added one thing" with a link every few minutes. I don't want this turning into the mess I made in the Blazblue thread for CP 1.1.

Why do her clothes look dirty? Are we going DoA now where your clothes get dirty as you fight?
 
I wasn't all that interested in the new character, but ghosts definitely have me interested.

I'm glad to see this game doing work with their patches. I hate the fire and forget nature of some fighters.

Jack-O's VA might be Saito Chiwa (Taokaka's Japanese VA). I'm putting that here because it's not gameplay related.

Also, how do you use a possessive apostrophe at the end of a word with an apostrophe? Would it be Jack-O's or Jack-O"s?

from the reviews on Steam the Netcode isn't perfect but it could be a lot worse.

Info has seemed to slow down to a halt at the moment. Do you guys mind if I pick this up in the morning? Everything I've found is updated into the master post. I'll pick up anything I miss overnight and add it in. I feel like I only have another 10 minutes of being awake. Max.
 
Go to bed, we appreciate what you're doing but you don't need to sacrifice sleep for it. At worst you'll post it for us tomorrow if we can't find it ourselves.

Alright I updated the master post with everything I missed. I'll run through and clean it up in a bit. Gotta go eat.
 
They've gone back and improved all of the visuals, which is really cool. They've reworked the shaders they're using for the models and added special lighting to moves like Gunflame.
 
jack's face keeps reminding me of lambda.

but that's ok, because she's the best.

I'm more asking about general gameplay stuff. Any input lag, all moves work as they should and stuff like that.
