Some of that was the extra input lag that was introduced when playing the game fullscreen and could be worked around. It’s been getting a lot of updates, but I don’t know if it’s been fixed since I’ve been playing it windowed anyway.

No but seriously I heard that at the moment she doesn't seem very strong, but it's not fair to say when we've had her for less than 24 hours and Daisuke said he wants to do a lot of loketests.
 
I think people just need to get used to her Overture-style gameplay. She does seem to be much more heavily reliant on her tension than others, though.

It seems like people are really happy with this loketest. Everyone says Johnny is really fun and Jack-O' is obviously popular.

Really happy to know people are enjoying Johnny, hoping is playstyle hasn't changed much though.
 
Kinda reminds me of a fusion of Bayonetta and Jeanne. She's got the white and red colors of Jeanne, the runway walk and summon-heavy fighting style of both, and Bayo's lollipop fixation.

anyway i got AC+R on steam and it's been fun messing with Millia in training and doing some of the single player stuff but I can't find anyone to play online with yet.

Also someone mentioned there was no frame lag when in windowed mode but there is when it's fullscreen? Shit, I've been playing in fullscreen mode, gonna have to relearn the FRC window on H disc...
 
If you don't already know, the input bar in training mode flashes during FRC points. Great for practice.
 
I just wanna say, don't say you're dropping your main when a new character has just been announced.
I can say from firsthand experience it doesn't always work out that well.

That's actually been fixed, surprisingly. There's now a vsync option, which was the source of the input lag issue.

Have they mentioned anything for controller compatibility? My stick doesn't work with +R last I checked despite working natively on PC.

I mean, i actually don't even own Xrd or a PS3/4, i've just played it a few times at a friends place. I play Millia in AC+R and will probably keep maining her in Xrd when i get my own setup to practice but who knows, Jack-O' actually looks fun. I've also always wanted to play I-No but the execution was too much for me in the XX series

And I'll have to turn on the V-Sync then. I just looked at the patchnotes and saw the fix.
 
I want to play Elphelt but I still got Ky and May as my back-up mains.
at least until Jam is brought back.
