Not-So-Saint
Reports of my death are GREATLY exaggerated!
Okay, so I'm not the one, who's insane. I guess I'll just register on Reddit and wait for the tweet.
No, it starts at 7:00 P.M. ET.
To my knowledge people don't really cross-post AMAs since they aren't something like an image or news article, so I'm not sure. Here it is
https://www.reddit.com/r/IAmA/comments/3rk1x9/were_lab_zero_games_makers_of_skullgirls_ama/
edit: I don't know anything about reddit, but someone should maybe crosspost the AMA to /r/games /r/gaming /r/indivisible /r/skullgirls and related subreddits for super metroid or valkyrie profile or crowdfunding or whatever
Not to be a complete asshole here, but I don't think their passion guarantees sucess. BUT I will wholeheartedly agree that L0's passion to make things reality is second to none to my knowledge and all the things they do they do with extreme care and, well, yeah, love. So as long as they get _chance_ to do something they will get it right, no doubt about it. I just wish their love and passion weren't cost them so much financially =/FINALLY got my fuckin 15$ contribution in! I know for a fact that this will succeed because L0 has love in their hearts, and are one of the only developers to channel the power of love into their creations for their own sake, instead of for profit! I have complete and utter faith that love will prevail.
Glad as hell to finally contribute to my favorite developer of all time! Love you guys!
oh, I didn't get the memo, are we still in denial about how expensive games are? :3c
THEM. Cost THEM. As persons. Who don't get enough money, have to freelance, and burn through there savings to do things they love. That's what I'm talking about. And that sucks.
I stand corrected, sorry!
Well of course, ZSEEYA
Ahhh, I was wondering about this! The two themes definitely seemed very connected, so it's cool that this idea would carry on in the complete game.Ravidrath said:
It's very strange to use, now that I've used it.

Alright so here's a thought.
We are now 10 days away from the end of the campaign, but with the current rate of donations we can only be sure to make it if they extend the campaign.
In the AMA yesterday, it was said that having 60% of the funding is a requirement in order to even get an extension. That would be at 900K, so if we manage to get there, I think it's safe to say that the campaign will very likely be successful, so I say 900K should be our current goal. Additionally, since the extension must be made 3 days prior to the campaign end, we are basically already in the final week for that goal and won't have a "final rush" sort of deal for it.
We are currently at 652K, so we need 248K in total over the following 7 days in order to get there. That's certainly possible
So here's my suggestion: I do believe it's time to also talk about this when we recommend or talk about the campaign, I think it's imperative to hit that goal and get the extension because in 20 additional days, getting to 1.5 million will be an easier task.
So it would be an exceptional help if we can just spread the word about the extension, because I still see comments like "it won't make it". It very likely will if we get to 60% 3 days prior to the end of the campaign.
You expect anyone here to be awake before noon?
Setting your sights at 900k ain't gonna cut it. It's not like we can extend it in the last hour, that kinda stuff takes a few days at least.
It's always 5:00 somewhere?
Went ahead and upgraded mine yesterday. I was going to wait until a dev stream so I could support "see something cool," but I finally received my utility bills for the month and I like taking care of my planned expenses all at once.
That was actually met and shown 2 nights ago, heh.
Would it really take a few days? Man, you'd think that with the most ambitious game project on indiegogo, they would at least try to be on time with this and give it some priority so that it actually works out.
