Finding Skullmod

I'd love to be able to mod stages and stuff in Skullgirls. My only problem is that it seems everywhere that hosted Skullmod is dead. Does anybody have a compilation of released tools? What would be the best places to start?
 
I think Skullmod was replaced with Skullmod 2 which you can find here: [link]

I'm not sure where you can contact 0xFAIL but that's the person who created it.

I don't really know if it ever had one, sorry. The best person to ask is 0xFAIL if you can find them.

Just I have skull mod and in original script, when I trying to export .spr.msb it returns error.

0.7x sprite script has an error, use 0.6 or 0.5 instead, also, for sprite extraction you need to run the script via command line.

I already wrote programm in c# for export ".spr.msb" but it's not ideal. And I more confused for extract sprites from ".art" files.

I managed to get some Umbrella's sprites, and some FX sprites too
