Actually, he would need to have a little more than 1 pixel health, since parries only reduce damage.

You can't cheese someone out who's parrying though; they'll always be left with 1 pixel. Mike explicitly left that little detail in so players could be Daigo.

You can't die from parry chip damage though. It will never be the final strike if you successfully parried.
