I see, yeah I usually try to unlock the lvl 3 bonus if the special has it. At what point should I start pulling for gold moves instead of characters (if ever, I'm not even sure how much gold benefits over a bronze other than the random stats)

resonant evil big band (silver) can gain armour for 10 seconds (compared to 15) and gains a 5% (10-15% when maxed, not sure) chance to stun when hit to stun oponents for 2s (not sure if that changes when maxed either)

How does big band's armour stacking passive compare to Cerebella? EDIT: I just realized my gold big band doesn't have that passive on his tree

I'm all for these ideas but I think optimization should be the priority currently. I also think there might be game engine limitations on a survival/horde mode (dev pls confirm thx)

yes, it mentioned the arena mode, might've been a tooltip in game, they might want to remove that if it's not included right now (then again, I'm not actually sure where I read this lol) hopefully in future it will be possible to battle your friends though

I think I saw somewhere that you can battle against your friends? I can't find any button that allows me to do that right now, just wondering if it actually exists or will be implemented any time in the near future
