USA [Dec 8, 2017] SALTY! Friday Weeklies @ Game Realms (Burbank, CA)

So no Salty this Friday, but Arc Divide on Saturday instead, right? What time does it start?

    Street Fighter V

The timing does seem fairly strict, too. I've been seeing a lot of people do it too early to too late and get a fireball in the face. Yeah, I saw that, too. Glad we got a side by side comparison from the same environment instead of trying to compare screenshots from stages with starkly...

    Street Fighter V

I think the lighting on the London stage specifically is just kinda bad and makes everything look washed out and dull.

    Street Fighter V

Have to admit that I only noticed it very recently myself when I finally started figuring out how to pull off real combos and saw the damage numbers in training mode.

USA [Dec 8, 2017] SALTY! Friday Weeklies @ Game Realms (Burbank, CA)

This is less directly Salty-related outside of it facilitating us being able to show up there, but it was suggested we come here anyway to ask if someone might be able to help check out a place for @dapurplesharpie and me that we might be moving into. The current house that we're looking at is...

    Rising Thunder [PC]

More combo damage, better pressure, and more opportunities to use Advance since it's built by attacking>one burst a round at the cost of getting my butt whooped, imo. But maybe things are just different for Chel than they are in Crow Land.

    Rising Thunder [PC]

They're easy but they don't really do anything except reset to neutral, and you had to take a bunch of damage to build up the kinetic meter to use them in the first place, so you're still at a disadvantage if you're losing. Advance, meanwhile, builds up from attacking, so you're rewarded for a...

    Rising Thunder [PC]

I definitely agree with this, but I think how you can meter would have to change, since (unless I am mistaken) it appears that Advance meter is gained from attacking while Deflect meter is gained from taking damage, the latter being part of what makes Deflect suck in my opinion. But having both...

I feel like if you're running Kinetic Deflect over Advance, you've pretty much messed up right out of the gate.

    Street Fighter V

So far all I can find is one post on Capcom-Unity and nothing else to back it up, so I'm pretty skeptical.

Wow, on-site registration really blew up. That's great.

Maybe if we show we believe in Negus, he'll believe in himself.

There's also the fact that Guile is married to Eliza's sister, so it's not impossible that they'd met through friendlier terms through Guile on at least one occasion. For a character Capcom supposedly doesn't own according to people on the internet, they sure had no qualms about mentioning her...

Animation for my Fatal Attraction proposal would be amazing if that were the case. Is that some kind of weird euphemism?

IIRC that was an idea they had when they were first designing her and they quickly decided it wouldn't look right, which is why she got the one in her eye.

I get what you mean seeing as other characters have similar types of teleports that have riskier requirements (not to mention that, if hers continued to work the way it does in USF4, it would probably be yet another way on top of her V-skill for her to build V-gauge and could get seriously...

Plus you don't have to have perfect vision to enlist, and can even get away with 20/50 vision to be a pilot. Only navigators require 20/20. But that's mostly neither here nor there since he had the Harrier.
