To my knowledge, the Splat Brella isn't supposed to be available yet. You can use one in the campaign, and if it's like all the other hero weapons, you might be able to unlock that one for multiplayer, which means you have to beat every level with the Hero Brella. Haven't tried it myself, so...

Heavy Splatling was my mainstay in the previous game, looks like that's gonna be the case this time around. Really not liking the Sprinkler or the Stingray, though. Hoping for an alternate Splatling.
