Kage is basically Evil Ryu sans Ryu. Ryu's manifestation of the Satsui No Hadou has manifested as a separate fighter ala Omen (And Shadow Jago), and honestly I kinda like that idea to separate him from Ryu and keep Evil Ryu without making it sound confusing.
