He means you can dodge Peacock's MP bang with the moves he showed. You can even punish her with a CH combo with them. Although, the only practical one is Fortune's. Fukua's you need to delay it a significant amount to be able to dodge or CH Peacock, which leaves a big enough gap for her to do...
