Meh, he'll be fine. Especially if they end up toning down the other top tiers. The buffs (aside from Johnny's) are reasonably small, and I don't see someone like Dizzy becoming top tier because she got her overhead (though it is admittedly a welcome addition).

I definitely am expecting more from other loktests (which Arcsys does have a habit of doing). I mean... Johnny got buffed which is "FANG gets nerfed" levels of baffling. I also don't think Baiken got what she needed to compete aside from the defensive change.
