To my knowledge if you click outside of the gameplay window the game will pause unless you're online. Is there a toggle that can be input into the settings file or anything that will enable that behavior outside of online multiplayer? I'd like to be able to have people play on a secondary screen...

I can only imagine what it must have been like in the recording studio for that one. Great ending as far as I'm concerned. I just weep at the thought of how expensive the inevitable Blu-ray box set will likely be and I may never be able to afford it.
