I don't know if this has be mentioned before, but I've noticed that, as helpful as the tutorial is for everyone, a lot of people end up dropping it or the game entirely when they reach the point where they had to preform lengthy combos, for new people this can be terribly frustrating including myself. Although I simply "toughed it out" it took me 20 minutes to get it down, however with the newest editions to the tutorial I think it's missing the point of simply trying to teach a concept rather then beat it into you. I myself i'm having some trouble completing the Drama gauge tutorial even though I know it's concept like the back of my hand.

I think it would be helpful to the newer players if they were able to slow the game down to %75 like in training so that they don't get stuck and decide to skip the rest of the tutorial which doesn't help them in the long run.
I don't know if it's my place to say it, or if there's any place for more updates, but with the games popularity increasing i'm wondering if it's something worth discussing.

Performing hit-confirms and blocking mix-up in 75% speed isn't very helpful or practical for teaching since you would need to react faster than that in a real match.
Like training a pole vaulter with a lower bar than what she's going to be jumping when she competes.

It might be useful to just to show people what to look for and what it looks like done correctly before moving back to 100% speed.

However I don't think there's any space for updates like that any more, I could be wrong though. :S

Of course it needs to be mentioned it is too late for a change like that.

That out of the way, if we are talking specifically about combo tutorials, it would not be a good idea to teach new players slowed-down combos and timing, because they would need to relearn the combo for the actual speed of the game.
For other challenges, like blocking, or mixing up your opponent, a lot of what the tutorials are trying to teach you is reaction and adapting to what is going on. Slowing down the tutorial for people gives them more time to react.
It's an interesting suggestion and might seem useful on paper, but in practice I think it might interfere with what the tutorial tries to teach you.

I feel a mutual idea would be "after said amount of time passes, 75% speed becomes available" this allows the player to comprehend real match expectations, but allows them to pass the tutorial there stuck on after they understand the concept and don't get stuck forever.
But like you said it's look late to make to make the update, still its a thought.
