Anime Peacock teleport sound inconsistency

So with the default Peacock voice pack each teleport strength had one specific voice clip that played with it. With anime Peacock each strength randomly plays a different clip.

@Mike_Z I know during the Salty stream yesterday you said no more requests for bug fixes but I think some people use the voice clips to help block teleport crossups.

Edit: got ninja'd in a completely different thread I didn't check... mods can delete this thread if they feel the need, although the video helps explain it a bit.
