Lately, I've been feeling as though New York's Skullgirls locals are very sparse. I've been meaning to ask this question for a while, but I haven't fully committed to actually making the thread. I'm well aware of the existence of XenoZero, but it has been over 5 months since the last XenoEncore and I'm willing to know about other Skullgirls locals in New York, or even possibly help establish one.
