its just because of where the hitboxes start on peacocks super match up with how the animation looks. it looks particularly wacky becase the filia was crossing up too in this case and has her hurtboxes reaching back a fair bit.

TBH i cant see that its gonna get changed since theres a bunch of other supers in different games that hit slightly behind them too, plus this has been in since vanilla as its happened to me too maybe once or twice. Its such a rare occurence in the first place really.

That's been known since the original release of Skullgirls. Not a problem once you actually know its a thing.

The laser is what hurts though, so it's random.
