Can I get some notes on characters

I want notes so I dont feel like even more of a scrub outside of my character comfort zone, I particularly need help on Double and Parasoul.
I need: Playstyle Help
Best Assists
Basic Combos

For Double, Hornet Bomber is a must. I use [H] but any version that works for you is good to. Parasoul, NAPALM PILLAR ALL DAY ERR DAY (Maybe Napalm Shot for set ups). Parasoul BnB s.LP > s.LP > Charge Back > s.MP > s.HP > s.HP > Napalm Shot. Also, for Parasoul, if you do j.MK over an Napalm Tear during detonation, you float up (And Egret Charge after Back Throw is a good idea, doesn't work in a corner). Double BnB s.LK > s.MK > s.MK > s.HK > j.MP > j.MK > Item Crash [M]
