Car recovery

What's the deal with all the "recovery" on Toontown Bandwagon? I mean, it's not even real recovery, it's just standing there, still. Other moves with a lot of recovery have some animation that has to finish, but this has nothing. You're just standing there, and you can't even tech grabs. I used to think that if I used it unsafely, I could at least mash grab to tech the random idiot that doesn't just take the free combo. But, I was grabbed recently and now I feel like all the recovery on this move is just a real kick in the balls.
 
Um, most grabs start up in 7 frames. This move is more than -7 on block. Grabs can punish it. I'm not sure what your objection is tbqh

kinda is huh. Though I will say that I hate using the car that keeps my opponent in the corner vs a lot of the cast because it puts you back in a position where your advantage is so little they end up outspeeding you and hitting you out of your next mix up :c :c :c

I'll be honest: I just like screaming "Republican CARRRRRR!!!":PUN:

All jokes aside, I try to avoid using the car unless I KNOW it'll hit.

If you have purple bounce, car keeping them in corner and they tech back into the corner leaves you at +17 vs Filia, +9 vs double. That's more than enough avantage to get offense of some kind going, like a meaty or like a neutral jump call assist j.HP low/throw blah blah blah.

If you have already used otg, then you WILL recover at -6 infront of Filia, that's jab punishable. If you do it on Double, you're -14. That's VERY punishable. Do not end combos with car if you have already used otg, and it won't kill them for sure.
