Yo this game is legit
Kinda Kof-y meets Air Dashy kinda poverty fighter.
Really nice moveset design and spacing, and the meter management and related options are really well designed and fun. Building 3 meters and going into unlimited EX or Super Cancel mode is crazy satisfying.
There original PS3 version didn't have netplay, but a ps4 update ("New Sign of Catastrophe") launched this month with 2 new characters + online is out now. It's only on JP and Singapore PSN atm though. I'm playing on that atm if anyone wants to join me.
Also you can play as the magical girl daughter of Cthulhu. She plays like a cross between Morrigan and Dizzy and summons lovecrafty stuff as specials and supers. It's great.
